Public key digital encryption may be used for transmitting sensitive information in a manner which is readable only by the intended recipient. We use PGP version 2.6.2. This is an old and well-tested public key encryption program (RSA) which is available for free from many sources. It also provides the capability of digitally signing documents and files so that the source is known and any unauthorized alterations can be detected. If you have PGP 2.6.2 installed on your computer, you can cut-and-paste the following public key to send digitally encrypted files which can only be read by John D. Furber, the founder of Legendary Pharmaceuticals.

You may also use this same key to verify that digitally signed documents or files have come from John D. Furber and have not been altered since he signed them.
